These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you or the business you represent ("you") and Media4U("Media4U," "we," "us") governing your use of Media4U TVand related websites and apps (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Media4U TV lets venues and businesses build looping playlists, channels, and time-of-day schedules and display them on screens, along with access to certain free and third-party channels. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended per business unless we agree otherwise. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
You may cancel at any time. Your plan remains active through the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds. Full details are in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant Media4U a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content and media you add, and for complying with the terms of any third-party sources you configure.
The Service may provide access to third-party channels and live streams. These are provided "as is" and their availability, quality, and content are outside our control and may change or stop at any time. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Media4U and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided "as is"and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular stream or channel will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media4U will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Media4U harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
